Donna Tombor
Donna Tombor specializes in tax planning and transaction consulting for private companies and their owners. She is highly experienced in partnership, LLC, and S Corporation taxation in a wide range of industries. To compliment her extensive experience in the taxation of high wealth individuals she has developed skills in estate and trust tax planning and compliance.
Prior to co-founding Perisho Tombor Ramirez Filler & Brown in 1991 Donna, was a senior tax manager with Deloitte & Touche. She has a degree in psychology from Santa Clara University and a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
